Framework for Environmental Aspects
To ensure our commitments are met with action, we maintain a rigorous methodology for assessing our impact:

• Identification: We identify Environmental Aspects (how we interact with the environment) and their resulting Impacts (changes to the environment).
• Significance Rating: We utilise a structured risk assessment matrix to categorise impacts as Low, Moderate, or Significant.
• Operational Control: Any activity identified as a “Significant Environmental Aspect” is subject to strict operational controls, including specialised training, specific work instructions, and regular monitoring.
• Dynamic Review: Our environmental risks are captured in a live register, ensuring that as our technology and services evolve, our mitigation strategies evolve with them.
