How to get the best out of your tracking device with our app.

Once you have downloaded and installed your selected App, click the register button and enter your email address (Please note only emails registered with your account can be used to create an account) Please press Send Request.

An email will be sent to the registered email address with an input code. On the App screen enter your email address, your input code, the password you would like to use and confirm this password. Once these details have been entered click the change password button. This will enable you to login to your account using these credentials.


Once logged in you will find an array of features to help you track your vehicle:

Map

Once logged in you will be taken to the Vehicle Map where you can view the live position or last known location of your vehicle or your fleet. Choose between normal, satellite, and hybrid map views. 

 

On the Map click on a vehicle icon, this displays that vehicle’s latest information including location, current status and battery voltage. 

Calendar

View a selectable journey history for your vehicle(s), each journey includes routes, speed, distance, and locations, on a day by day basis.

Vehicle Dashboard

Overview of all your selected vehicle information, including current location, last journey information and odometer information.
Service Mode

From time to time vehicles may be required to be away from the keeper for a period of time such as servicing at a garage or dealership, with the service mode option located within the vehicle dashboard, a period of time can be set to stop any alerts coming through to the Secure Control Centre, if the garage should move the vehicle or disconnect the battery etc.To enable Service Mode go to your vehicle dashboard and select service mode, here you can set in hour intervals for the first 24 hours and they day intervals for 7 days. During this time alerts and notifications through the app will be disabled.

Vehicles

Select the vehicle screen to view location, speed, ignition status, and battery voltage. If you have multiple vehicles, you can scroll or search for your vehicle of interest. Ticking the boxes on the right allows you to select what vehicles are shown on the mapping screen.

Geofences

Create, edit, and draw your own geofences. This function allows you to create a virtual perimeter around your chosen location and be alerted via push notification if your vehicle enters or exits this area.

Optional Remote Immobilisation

Some of our devices have the option to immobilise your vehicle, press a button within the app to immobilise/mobilise your vehicle.
Keycards
For customers that have Driver Detection Keycards with their device, this section displays battery life of your keycards. These will update each time a card connects to the tracking device.
Troubleshooting

If you wish to have a member of our Secure Control Centre contact you for any issues or questions you may have with your device you can request a callback by going to the Troubleshooting menu section, If you have one more than one vehicle you will be asked to select the vehicle you are request help for and then asked to pick a general enquiry reasoning of either Report Tracker Issues, Troubleshooting or Other.

Notifications

A powerful notifications centre allows you to receive multiple alerts direct to your mobile device via push notification. Receive alerts for geofences, battery warnings (including low battery & battery disconnects), movement alerts & more.

Alarm Activation

For customers who have an alarm wired into their tracker, this will notify your device upon the alarm sounding.

Battery Health Warning

A monitoring tool that monitors the health of your battery, if any changes to the health of your battery are recognised our app will notify you via push notification.
Low Battery

Our devices monitor the voltage level of the vehicle’s battery, if this level drops below 9v a push notification will be triggered to your device.

*Geofence Entered
A geofence is a self-determined perimeter around a chosen area, which you can create within your app using the Geofence button. When your vehicle enters your created geofence a push notification will be sent to your device.
*Ignition on
As soon as your vehicle’s ignition is switched on a push notification will be sent to your mobile device.
*Movement when in storage
If your vehicle has been in a set location for a period of time and then has some movement, you will receive a notification to your mobile device
Battery Disconnected
If your battery is disconnected for any reason, you will receive a push notification to your device. As well as this you will also be contacted by our Secure Control Centre Team.

Battery Restored

Once the battery has been reconnected you will receive a push notification.

*Movement Detected

If your vehicle moves without the ignition switched on, likely being towed, this will send a notification to your device. *Certain levels of device type will be contacted by the Global Telemetrics Secure Control Centre also.

*Geofence Exited
A push notification will be sent to your device if your vehicle moves outside of the perimeter of your created geofence.
*Ignition Off
As soon as your vehicle’s ignition is switched off you will receive a push notification to your mobile device.
